Michael C. Sasso

For most of his 25 years of legal practice, Michael C. Sasso has devoted himself to general civil litigation with special emphasis on helping resolve disputes involving real estate developments and construction projects.  To that end, he has become certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.  Since 1988, Mr. Sasso has been General Counsel to the Central Florida Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors.  He has also served as Chairman of the American Arbitration Association’s Central and Northern Florida Advisory Council.  Many of his cases are resolved through arbitration instead of through the courts.  Mr. Sasso has earned the highest possible rating from his peers, AV, in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.
